a new strategic plan for america?

for my rotc class i need to make a power point and presentations for a new strategic plan for america. i need to change the military, economy, diplomacy, and the enviorment.
my idea for the military is bring most solders back from iraq and Afghanistan and stop that war to save money, if u have any ideas or comments for my project that would be great.

the war in afganistan and iraq wasnt for nothing, its just time that we move on from that war to save money and save lifes

1. Forget about A Stan pull out. Terrorist will simply use it as a training ground/staging base. Give that a few more years and then see what happens. DO pull everything out of Iraq.
2. Start re-organizing the military for quicker response times and more lethality with fewer troops. Bring discipline (historically the backbone of ANY good military) back to the ARmy and USMC.
3. FOCUS ON GETTING THE COUNTRY OFF OF ITS OIL ADDICTION (this may take govt funding to do a LOT of research). Once this is done, we will no longer have any reason to CARE about what happnes in the Middle East and we can STOP sending countries that do not have our interest at heart HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF OUR DOLLARS A YEAR.
4. Re focus our Eductation system to produce more engineers and scientist. This one will actually be VERY HARD.
5. Start dealing with the Chinesse economic supremecy by increasing our own manufacturing base. We used to be the number one industrial producer in the world. Now we are the number one consumer of SERVICES. WE DON'T MAKE ANYTHING ANYMORE! Remember, the Chinesse need us as a market for their goods MORE than we need them.

I like it, but on Afghanistan, you should focus on the reorientation of the military mission. SF should take care of all the hostiles in Afghan , but the conventional military should play support role ( as in to watch over the civilian populace, administer local needs, pretty much play the provider/defender force.

Build up the military and take over the middle east for the oil, which will help the economy, and destroy the Chinese since they have the most pollution which will help the environment. There's your whole project and you're welcome.
