ima be enrolling in the army soon, and id like t kno basically the physical side of it, like how much running and pushups you do a day, just so i could kno what im in for

The physical part of it's not so bad if you put your mind to it. I personally had a job sitting on my rear from after HS to 7 years later and I made it. I also made it through one of the toughest MOS training in the military 19D Cav Scout. If you get in shape and workout for at least a month before you go everything should be okay. The amount of exercise you will do depends on your DS, if you want to make it easier on yourself go in the fall. It's cooler outside and the excersise doesn't take as much out of you. Go in the summer and you'll hate it, though alot of stuff gets cancelled in the summer due to extremely high temps. Just depends on where you go for your training and what your job is after! |

Well, hey, if I can make it through Army BCT, you can, too. But start getting in shape right now before you deploy... pushups, situps, and jogging every day. Otherwise it will be hard. |

You will have been told that when you applied.
Asking questions like this really won't go down well in basic training...
You will have to pass a basic fitness test before basic training that I assume you have already done. I'm assuming you have no technical aspirations beyond basic training given your attitude... |
