Physically yes but testing someones true mental state is damn near impossible, until they are put in that position.
Me personally, I think he could do it. |

Most likely he would.
He has shown drive and motivation to get where he is today.
That's the same drive and motivation it takes to be a seal. |

Maybe... He would have to make it through Basic and his A school first. Additionally, I have never seen how he is in the water. I think he might have problems with his BMI. |
