First off, you're going to want to improve your English skills if you're going to be an Officer for any branch.

Secondly, there's a couple ways to do it with the Marines, but EVERYONE goes through OCS. You can join as a Sophomore in college and go to 10 weeks of OCS the summer between sophomore/junior year, another 10 weeks between junior/senior year, receive your commission when you graduate and then go on to TBS and your MOS school. Or you could join as a junior and go through 12 weeks of OCS and get your commission when you graduate. The last option is to go to OCS after receiving your degree. You can also do NROTC (Navy ROTC) during your time in college if you do one of the first two options, but it isn't necessary. It will put some extra money in your pocket but it is also going to be extra work.

You will go to a recruiting station, or call, and ask to speak to the OSO (oh-so), Officer Selection Officer, the recruiter for officers. They will have you run a Marine PFT, you must score a 1st Class PFT to even be considered. You will have a questionnaire, go to MEPS, write a paragraph saying why you want to be a Marine officer, get a background check and apply for a security clearance. The OSO will decide if you have a good chance of making it through OCS, which has a failure rate of in the 30-40% range on average.

You can attend the Naval academy and be commisioned a Marine officer from there. If your school has Navy rotc you can choose to go the Marine route there also. You can also do PLC while your in college during the summer and do the basic school once you graduate.
