But a simple Google search turned up no results, maybe someone who is in the military or a former military personnel can tell me what this encompasses/includes/what the specs are?

Army Regulation 670-1 Wear and Appearance of Army Uniforms/Insignia.
If those are sunglasses then it simply means they are authorized for wear when in duty/dress uniform in accordance with Army regulations. |
