Some units have leave packets which is more then DA 31,
the leave packet usually has counselings, and safety stuff, risk assessment so you might want to contact your team leader to double check. |

You have to fill out a LEAVE REQUEST and get it signed off by the appropriate supervisor or commander. That is a DA form 31. |
