Assuming a part or repair was performed during the recall- what happens if the same type of failure takes place. Is the manufacturer still responsible after a vehicle reaches a particular age?

I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT IF IT IS A SAFETY RECALL ISSUE THAT THE DEALER WOULD STILL TAKE CARE OF IT.

THERE ARE ALL TYPES OF RECALLS FROM EVEN BACK IN THE 1960'S BUT THEY HAVE ALL EXPIRED AND THERE IS NOTHING THAT YOU CAN DO TO GET THEM RESOLVED FOR THAT VEHICLE.

THERE ARE EVEN SAFETY RECALLS THAT SOMETIMES HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE ON THEM.

MOST RECALLS NEVER MAKE IT TO THE CONSUMER AND THIS IS BECAUSE THE MANUFACTURE HAS FIGURED THIS INTO THEIR PROFIT AND LOST.

IT ALL COMES DOWN TO THE MANUFACTURES SO-CALLED BEAN COUNTERS, THEY DETERMINE WHAT AND HOW MANY RECALLS ARE SENT OUT.
