Ok my girlfriend got a ticket for a broken headlight a few weeks ago. We got a call from the police department saying they messed up the ticket and need her to be re wrote and other one void due to the office writing wrong date or something nit sure. Is this standard policy in Ohio and is it legal to re issue ti let's this way thank you.
