About Adopting A child?

i live with my parents and i was wondering if i can adopt a child i n ohio i got my state id and stuff and im 19 years and what the name of the place were you adopt a child at.

You cannot adopt a child unless you can financially provide for the child. Sounds like you aren't quite financially taking care of yourself yet. Wait until you are a little more settled into your adult life before taking this big step.
