doubt it.
the current criteria is:
over 30
married
good moral background
no criminal record ect.
they even take your weight, if your'e overweight you are considered to unhealthy to adopt, so i don't think they would allow someone with a mental illness to adopt unfortunatly.
you could probably adopt locally or from a different country where rules are more relaxed. good luck.

No, that condition is not accepted in China no matter how well your doctor says it is under control. The only thing you can do is have your physical done at a walk in clinic that doesn't know your medical history. I hear people do this all the time. It must also be left out of your home study. I would just choose another country so you don't have to lie, personally.

China is very picky, so I doubt it. However many agencies from the US would work with you if you're stable & your bipolar disorder is under control.

I don't think people who have been diagnosed with bipolar disorders are ever allowed to adopt.
