Sure you can marry her. If she has been working and living here legally for some years, then she will be able to change her visa to one with the right to remain indefinitely without restriction. If she had been on a six-month visitor's visa, then the answer would have been much different.

If you can wait until next year and you really love this person, Romania will join the EU and it's citizens will be able to travel throughout its member countries. However certain employment restrictions are the subject of political debate but I believe if two people genuinely love each other there should be no problem. I wish you both well.

of course you can....eventually, after you have been through hell with the authorities, most of whom assume this is the best country to live in of course. Do not think so. I would stay in beautiful Romaina, uless of course you have your partner working here, taking a meaneal job which no Englinsh underclass wants., but they complain you come to take the jobs, the jobs they do not want, Me I am white. English, and devecting to a Muslim country....it is safer. Muslims are wonderful people. Just go through the right channels, tell the truth, and if you love eachother, I am sure, all will work out....you will see. But it will be a struggle. and why the hell you want to come to the u.k is beyond me.

Ooh id be very careful if i were you! Seen it happen to someone i know. And have you met the mother in law by the way? you need to be very sure the family like you and will except you cos from personal experience ive seen how the family can destroy and break up a marriage if they have an agenda or only see you as a ticket to getting into the country. Word of advice be very careful go with your gut instinct on this one. Iv'e seen the damage this sort of situation causes.

ok this is right up my alley.
The fiance visa will work, but it is not as safe as the spousal visa.
The fiance visa, k-90 visa is based on her coming here for 90 days. During that 90 days you will have to marry or she will be sent back. The key to the fiance visa is for you to go there, have a party, take many photos to prove your legitimacy.
After the party, you file the papers. This will take 6-14 months. She will get an interview and they will ask her questions to prove its worth.
Honestly you should do what I did. I married my wife in Vietnam. Came home, filed the I-130 spousal visa form. It is much safer and the success rates are much higher. There is so much fraud with the k-90 fiance visa, they deny many many more then the spousal.
Why not marry her there out of respect to her and her family. Big deal, have a simple ceremony. And when she arrives here, go to your church and get it blessed and invite your family:)

dont use the fiance visa, trust me I know. mine failed and I lost 1 year of my life waiting. That is why we then did the spousal visa. The waiting time is shorter and rarely does it get denied.
