hello i am married with british girl and i want to get visa from the england. i never want to go back in pakistan for getting visa.
is that possible my wife going to pakisatn then i get the visa form the england.

Do not listen to these people in topics related with immigration. I feel sorry for uneducated working class from UK. In all the answers about UK migration I can find a pattern about growing xenophobia because actually they want so much help from the government that they ignorantly assume that you want the same only because you were not born in UK.

because you have married a british girl, this is why you have to go back to get a visa, if you had a girl from europe then you can apply here in the UK through the home office. |

Did you get married in the UK? What sort of visa were you on when you got married? What country are you currently a legal resident of? That's going to make a difference whether you have to return to Pakistan to file for a spouse visa or not.

You and Your wife must stay together/live together to get and keep your Spouse Visa.
You are the one who needs the Visa, so you are the one who has to apply and get the Visa from the UKBA. If you are in the UK now, and were married in the UK, (on a Fiance Visa) then you apply for a FLR(M) further leave to remain due to marriage, and must apply before your current visa (work or fiance) expires.
You do not have to leave the UK if you are already here.
BUT be warned you must not overstay.
If you overstay, then you will get a 5 or 10 year ban...even if you are married.

i agree with heather, maybe you should learn proper english aswell before you come over to england.
i wish our immigration rules were like australia and not let anyone from another country into england without having a trade.
all these people that come over these days and get a house and steal our jobs!!!!!
