I agree...20% over 10 years sounds pretty feasible. Proves everyone out there claiming that he's in Iraq for the oil wrong now...

Probably not very effective. It takes the energy equivalent of a gallon of ethanol to make a gallon of ethanol, so increased use of the stuff avails nothing.

Just rhetoric, he himself has the white house temp. on 82 while the rest of us is suppose to keep ours at 62. He has a limo, and we are suppose to drive a volkswagon, he flys a 747 to meetings and to further his evil agenda and ask us to cut back 10% on our driving. As long as it don't bother him and his rich friends he doesn't care at all.

It was all fluff. I know I'm not planning to drive less and I believe neither are most americans. It was put in to appease the the tree huggers.

Bush has been working hard to convert our nation to Hydrogen and other alternative fuels like BioDiesel. I personally shot news coverage of the Navy testing BioDiesel production systems. Last year, it was announced that the Navy was standardizing on B-20 made with waste restaurant grease.
