yes if shes not married to someone else and your not but it doesn`t give you permanant residency The best advice i have is go to the citizens advice and talk to someone there .they can explain your rights and give you any other help you might need |

your english grammer is poor but thats ok its your 2nd language, i presume english is the polish womans 2nd language also.well all i can say is i would love to be a fly on the wall when you try have a inteligent conversation. a marriage that works is based on understanding each other 100% not just been able to ask who,why,what,where and when!!!!!
