Well you could just get married while on vacation but that would look shady what you need to do is apply for a fiancee visa! That will give you 90 days to be married once you arrive in the states

No worries to get here, you just show your passport when you go through customs. If you intend to reside in the USA after you get married, then you need to get some serious legal advice from a lawyer who specializes in emigration. There are many fake agencies who will take your money and do you no good, get a genuine attorney.

PS 21 is way too young to get married, think about that, long and hard.

Just out of curiosity, since you haven't specifically stated it: Do you want to reside with her in America, or bring her to the UK? Or is this still an open question?

Fiancee visa; also, no one can stress enough on how important it is to get a reputable good lawyer. If not, you get scammed by the shoddy job the do.

Go to your local US Embassy and talk about it to them. Good luck; you will enjoy it here, I am sure :-)

BTW, DON'T get get married for citizenship, that is beyond illegal: it is stupid too :-)

You can do a few different things..
1) She can file for a fiance visa, then you would come here when it is issued and get married within 3 months, then file to adjust your status.
2) You can come on over on a tourist visa/visa waiver, and get married, then go back home and she would apply for a spousal visa.
Both of these visa's can take 12 months give or take, to be approved.
3) You can come over on a visitors visa/tourist visa, get married, and stay and adjust your status. But you have to be able to prove to immigrations that you did not have intentions of marrying and staying in the US. You may or may not be successful in this one.
OR (just a suggestion)
You can petition for her to go to the UK. UK visa's are usually processed within 3 months. A LOT faster than the US system.
