Make sure you write "fiancee" in your application. Otherwise, you'll never get approved. |

It looks like I-134 is what you are talking about.
The petitioner has to fill this out and it must be accompanied by several supporting documents
1. 3 most recent years of tax forms
2. last years w-2
3. Pay stubs from work
4. bank statement and from bank showing deposits and balance
5. Statement from employer stating his status (temp or full time) when they start, what they get paid, what is pay rate, what they do.

You're the fiancee, right? The Filipina girlfriend who wishes to go to the US and marry her US citizen guy? Then it's not you who needs to do the affidavit of support, it's your petitioner. And yes, let me reiterate, it's spelled f-i-a-n-c-e-e, not fancie, good grief! |
