Why would you want to go to the US for? One of the worst countries I've ever been to (corrupt, severe poverty, lax gun controls, religious extremists, huge crime rates, etc.). |

u can just leave cause ur 16. If ur 16 u can buy ur own house but u have to get off ur moms ensurence and stuff. So basically you just have to get out of their custody after u get permission from the law u can go back t america.
If u do runaway they can put u in jail b/c ur in their costody |

first don't kill yourself..... get on a plane to America and maybe show them id drivers lisence and all that crap and ask your grandparents for help then when you get home you go beat your moms *** and laugh about it... |

Okay first of all.
Im sorry that sux.
Talk to your grandparents, see if they can bring you with your passport to get it renewed.
If not than just get your passport yourself and bike there. Once you do. Ask them to renew if for living in the us.
YOU NEED TO BE ESTABLISHED.
Walk in like you know what the hell you are doing, and ask to get it renewed for teh us. And if they say something contradicting you, pause for a second and eye them.
Once you get it, if you can, try to get a job. I know its hard but go anywehre, (besides street corners) looking for one.
Once you get enough money ask your grandparents to double it so you can get back to the us. They will prolly find that fair enough.
If you can do that make sure you have a house you can stay at, maybe a friends?, when you do get home. I wouldnt go back 2 your mother unless you really do need to.
and if this all doesnt work see if you can find a boarding school in England
i go to one and they are amazing. If you can get teh money for one. You will be fine. Plus everyone has issues like this there. |

I notice you do sound depressed, a little lost, and feeling hopeless. But from what you wrote you have so much to live for, and so many opportunities to come. You need to be positive, because if your negative about the situation you are going to get negative results. If you are positive you are going to get a positive outcome. How come you can't renew the visa.
And also It's not like I know you're mom but there is most likely a reason why she's doing this if she was able to raise you for 17 years and you are alive and healthy (as i understand) then I see no reason for her to suddenly become crazy other than getting hit on the head or something. so you just need to talk to your mother and ask her why?
why do i need to stay? I need my diploma in order to have a successful life. If you don't want me to have a successful life then I'm going to have to disobey you because I can't go on living like this. I'm old enough to make my own decisions.
whatever you do don't kill yourself. A wise person told me that killing yourself is the most selfish thing to do.
My answer might have stunk but I just hope it gets those gears turning so you can think of something even better if you want. |

if you can here's what you do. tell your grandparents to buy you a ticket or in some way buy a ticket. then call your aunt or someone maybe even a friend and tell them to pick you up at the airport when you get in. you can easily finish your required credits in high school (go to a high school and they'll help you) then you can work or if you can get a small scholarship and go to a community college and get your generals. Please don't hurt yourself.
The best thing to do is to check the Embassy's website. Find an email address or phone number and simply ask them what you need to do. This is their area of expertise, and they'll be able to tell you exactly what steps to take. |
