I'm not fully aware of the laws so I could be wrong but you conceiving a baby fully knowing that you will eventually have to leave the country may seem to the government that you are only having the child or got pregnant on purpose so you could stay here so I'm pretty sure they will make you leave the country with your baby, unless you marry the father.... Again I could be wrong.

Best thing is to leave now or you will be storing up grief for yourself and them. Once you bond after looking after the child, you will not want to go. Don't fight nature.

Committing parenthood is not a qualification for citizenship or even residency. Your child has a right to citizenship in your country of citizenship. Get it a passport from your country of citizenship and take it home, or else relinquish all rights to your child to its father, and let him and his wife have it, then go home. You cannot remain in the UK.

If you have not been attending all of your classes during all this mess, then your student visa was automatically revoked. You might not be legally present, in which case, you will be deported without your child. You have 2 choices: take the baby & go home, or give up the child to the father and go home.

No you cannot stay - having a baby who is British gives you no rights to residency. When your student visa expires, you have to return to your country. It's the choice between you and the father if you take the child with you or let the child live with his father in the UK.

If you want to keep your child ? You had better leave the UK fast with the child.
If the father is not on birth certificate ? Get passport from your country and leave.
You will not be able to stay legally just because you study, at the end of studies you will have to leave.

only for qualified people in shortage jobs..
If you qulaification is high enough, you may get a Post Study job and sponsorship.. but in these times... difficult.

So when your student time is up.. .it is up.
and as you have a child, you actually have made life more difficult...
as technically, you should now declare that as a dependant, so have to re-justify your student visa and ability to pay for yourself and your dependant.
(albeit a UK subject IF the father admits it, and has put his name on the birth certficate)

Parent of a UK citizen gets no rights to stay..
otherwise some/many people would have children for exacty that purpose (unfortunately)

So no.
but perhaps you need to see a Lawyer (for the child, to ensure child care/payments)
and for yourself as an immigration perspective.

Having a child with British citizenship is not sufficient to keep you in the country but you don't have to hand the child over to his father, you can take the child home with you if the father is in agreement

There is nothing okay about your situation, no woman is going to be okay about their husband sleeping with a young woman & getting her pregnant - it sounds like you were used to bear a child for them so if I were you I'd grab my kid & run while you still can

Make sure you get yourself a really good solicitor
