I don't understand this as Malaysians don't need a visa to visit the UK for a short time. But you must have done something wrong to be rejected. As you haven't said what it is, I can't help further. Most EU countries except for the UK are within the Schengen visa agreement - you can try applying to them, but a rejection stamp from the UK will not go down well.
Marrying an Englishman has no effect at all on whether you are allowed to stay in the UK. The UK has had so many bad experiences with "marriages of convenience" that it has cracked down on people coming to the UK to be married very hard - a visa with permission to marry and stay in the UK now costs £585, it only lasts for six months, after that you have to apply again for 2 years leave to remain, and only if you are still together after that would you be given permission to stay permanently. All that marrying an Englishman does is possibly allow you to get that permanent permission a few years quicker. |

My daughter, who is a U.S. citizen with a U.S. passport, and a Visa, was given only one week to stay in the U.K. to visit her fiance, who is a citizen of the U.K. Her passport was taken and held at her "point of entry" and she had t o exit the U.K. and return the U.S. In order for her to return to the U.K. she was required to go to Los Angeles, California and apply to the British Embassy to return to the U.K. Her fiance had to submit his U.K. birth certificate, verification of employment, bank statements, and a letter stating that he would be responsible for my daughter while she was in the U.K. The cost? $2,000!
My daughter, who is a college graduate with a degree in Accounting, and a Certified Public Accountant, returned to the U.K., and married her Brit. She now lives in Northhampton.
You have been rejected entry into the U.K. once; and, without a sponsor, I suspect you will be once again rejected. |

The stamp simply tells officials that you have had a rejected entry - presumably they would then check their records to see what the reason was. It sounds like you attempted to enter the UK without first applying for a visa at the British High Commission in your own country of residence. If you had done this, you would have a detailed explanation for the reason you were rejected. You will not have been 'blacklisted' - just submit a proper visa application in accordance with the UKs visa rules.

Basically it shows you have been rejected by the UK, and yes it might well affect your entry into any other EU country, means the immigration people didn't believe you were coming for the reasons you stated, or you had no valid Visa. |

Come on.. you have asked this at least twice now..
and our answer is the same...
> but i didnt do anything wrong
in the eyes of the immigration, they thought you would..
So we keep asking you, what did they say when they interviewed you and then finally put a stamp in the book to show that you have been rejected once. They DID tell you why ... you know they did.... just because you don't agree with what they said/their opinion.. does not make it 'I did nothing wrong' ;)
Untill you tell us.. .we can't tell you the answer you need. (or rather desire).
or you solve the problem
and as before, marriage will not solve the issue..
Marriage (and even having a child !) will not give automatic entry to the UK or other EU country. |
