Wonder why ?

As defined in the United States Constitution, you must be a natural born citizen to be President. If he was born in Hawaii as he claims, then yes. However, we are facing the greatest Constitutional crisis this country has ever faced.

If he was born in Kenya, as the ever increasing evidence (supported by assertions he made himself his book) indicates then no.

No seal.
Looks pretty damn fake if you ask me.
Now it has a seal, which the Governor of Hawaii sealed.
He WAS born in Kenya, and his mother snuck him into Hawaii.

He's the President of the Untied States of America.

Yes, he is a natural born citizen.
Barack Obama was born in Hawaii on 4th August, 1961. Hawaii was admitted as the 50th state on 21 August 1959. HIs birth certificate is publicly available.
Please see the links for more information and to see a copy of his birth certificate.

If his mother is an American citizen then so is he! Plus he was born in Hawaii which is a state in the United States. If your husband is threating to divorce you because of President Obama, then why would you want to be with someone like that anyway.

Yes. He was born in Hawaii, which is one of US states. Also, his mother was born US Citizen, which gives him the right of US born Citizen, no matter where he was born.

Who is born a U.S. citizen?

Generally, people are born U.S. citizens if they are born in the United States or if they are born to U.S. citizens:

(1) If you were born in the United States:
Normally you were a U.S. citizen at birth.1 (Including, in most cases, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the territories of Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and after November 4, 1986, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands),

(2) If you were born abroad to TWO U.S. citizens:
And at least one of your parents lived in the United States at some point in his or her life, then in most cases you are a U.S. citizen.

(3) If you were born abroad to ONE U.S. citizen:
In most cases, you are a U.S. citizen if all of the following are true:
• One of your parents was a U.S. citizen when you were born;
• Your citizen parent lived at least 5 years in the United States before you were born; and
• At least 2 of those 5 years in the United States were after your citizen parent’s 14th birthday

Yes, He was born in Hawaii to an American mother, making him "natural born" two ways.
Do you really think some "vast left wing" conspiracy could get him elected if he weren't?
What does your spouse think of the Kennedy assassination? The Space Aliens in Roswell? The tooth fairy? Was the Da Vinci Code a documentary?
Where was John McCain born? The Panama Canal Zone, not really part of the USA, but that didn't disqualify him either.
In fact having one American parent would do the trick regardlesss of where he was born.

can I answer a Question with a Question? Was Hawaii the 50th state of the USA when US President Obama was born? Was Kenya independent or still a British crown colony when he was born? He recently visited Ghana to see relatives some person(s) say.

US Passports do clearly say persons can have dual-citizenship in 3 languages Spanish, French and English and still be recognized as US citizens.

As for the US Constitution the US President's birth definition... 9 US Supreme Court Justices do not have to be clear like any US District Court Justice who issues " judgments of the Court" from the bench whereas Supreme Court Justices issue "Opinions" that can be changed at any time they choose!
