I am married to american citizen and I don't plan to immigrate but I my wife is there and I feel she is slipping away from me .. what can I do to get to usa fast in order to save my marriage .. is there is any kind of visa that I can obtain fast to visit .. or something that can be helpful in my case

You should go to a reputable attorney for immigration or directly apply to the US embassy to obtain factual answer. It takes time before you can go to US . Get a non-immigrant visa. Come as a tourist.
It shouldn't be that difficult, if you have a job/house/family to come back to, they'll probably grant it.
No attorney needed. Just find the closest consulate and tell them you want to visit the US. They can tell you what to do.
That's the fastest way, though it still may take a little time depending on how busy the consulate is. |
