B2 visa application

Hi there, Im a single woman 25 years old. Im a medical professional postgraduate student. Im wanting to take a month long break to new york for vacation. Im bored of my mundane life and it has been my childhood dream to visit new york. I have liabilities here in my home country which am subjected to be responsible with such as car and rented apartment. Since am a full time student, I will be taking a break for the period of travel. I have my parents and siblings living in my home country. As by end of this year I will be graduating I have to serve my country for 4 years in order to be licensed for practice. Thus, does all this sufficient to obtain a b2 visa and not be rejected upon arrival in usa? Am I eligible for the travel? As I have never travelled to usa, im worried I might be turned down and intimidated with the whole process. Please help!
