How do I get rid of illegal immigrants at my work?

I'm not racist or hate immigrants in any way. He just doesn't deserve a high paying job and reap the benefits off of it when good hardworking people all over the place have been laid off. Treat this like a normal work situation i suppose

So the manager is from mexico and obviously, illegal. He has been arrested several times and used fake names and fake information to get out of situations. Not only that, but he treats everyone like crap at our job and I've been there for 2 years now part time while going to college. We have complained to the owner but he doesn't care,lol so on behalf of all my employees, how do we get rid of him?


I don't wanna hear "he works hard" or any of that s**t because all he does is sit on his *** and complain about his girlfriend.

If he got the manager position, it is probably for a good reason, such as being good at what he does. I highly doubt that your company would take the risk of hiring an illegal immigrant if he was bad at what he does. As for yourself, you're just jealous. If you' re not happy with having him as your manager, find another job, or work harder to get a managerial position too. Complaining won' t get you anywhere in this world. Hard work will.

Sorry buddy. The problem is that he has been arrested several times and uses fake information. I am pretty sure all police are not dumb, so I'm sure that they know this also. The issue is that the Federal government regulates immigration not states. The federal government has shown us some high profile busts, but that is it. They want to visually please that group, while keeping their support base, As long as democrats run the white house and congress, don't expect change. You can call I.C.E. if it makes you feel better, but the truth is our government does not care. So he will probably always be in our country until he ends up killing someone that is high profile. Our country has always accepted immigrants and always should, under the correct process. These border runnners need to be shipped home. They are destroying the fabric and infrastructure of our country.

Here's whats going to happen if you report so make sure you have all the facts first.............

You call ICE. They come and investigate the allegation. If the person is on a temporary spousal Visa, more than likely it is a 2 yr or 4 yr Visa or they would only have a passport for 180 days of stay. With Spousal Visas they can request also a temporary work visa which usually last about 2 to 4 ys.
Now, if you are not sure then this is what is going to happen.
1. He and the employer will be investigated. Finding nothing wrong they will let the notice go as a false claim.
2. False claims "Crying Wolf" will black list you for future information or personal reports to ICE.
3. The employer as well as the employee have the right to sue you for slander, time lost from work, lost wages and profit, as well as all the lawyer fees that will ensue. Plus, your good name will be dragged through the mud and then no one will ever take you seriously and you will be considered a trouble maker and a bigot.
ICE answers calls like that every day. Mostly from those that feel they were insulted, passed up for a job, bigotry, or just being a nuisance. That wastes taxpayers money each time something is reported and they go to investigate.

Now, if you are right and the person is not listed as a legal worker or visitor to the US, then this is more than likely what will happen.
1. The illegal worker will be investigated for his documents.
2. The employer that hired him will be investigated and checked to see if he has legal documentation at the time of hire.
3. If the person is illegal due to expiration or documents, false documentation prior to the new computer program added to all employers that have more than 10 employees to verify "legal" status to work, then the employer will not suffer any penalty.
4. If the employer hired the employee knowing he was illegal and was not reported or run through the national data base prior to employment, the employer could look at a fine no less than $10,000 but no more than $100,000 per employee discovered.
This could mean the difference of losing one employee or shutting down the business and EVERYONE losing their jobs.
Think about it. Was it worth getting on illegal alien verses possibly 10 to 100 legal people losing theirs?

The moral of the story is, you better have your ducks in a row, all documented proof, pics, copies, and anything else that is incriminating to the person illegally working. Think how it will effect all the others that are working in the same place. So, like I said, you better have undeniable proof and be ready to take whatever comes afterwards, because either way, you and everyone this issue will directly effect will be on you and you alone.
