If British, f*ck off back to Germany, that's where both the Angles & Saxons came from.
If US, don't even try to prove a legitimate heritage, your all immigrants, and Europe doesn't want you back.
Why 3 generations, not 30 or 300? Who made you policy maker on legitimacy? |

I think the problem would be solved if every immigrant entering the UK was left to fend for themselves and their families. They come here to seek money and a easy life, if it was taken away from them, they would go elsewhere. |

In that case Governator should go now. |

yes also in lreland it is getting abit crowded and jobs are hard to find cos poles will work for less money, not for cleaning toilets, but buildings, hotels etc. l blame the government, they should look after there own people first and then only allowed so many foriegn workers in and also they should not get children allowances if their children were not born here. Still i don't agree about telling them to go back to their own country, if you were in the same situation as them, wouldn't you have done the same? |

It is racist for one which means that it is also a criminal offence. Secondly, the country does not belong to one person per se so a general consensus has to be formed before a statement to that effect can be made. And thirdly but by no means the last, It is not only ignorant, but it shows the ignorance of the sayer. For instance, it makes many assumptions and a few of those I list but it can go on forever. 1. It assumes that people who come here are seeking charity(whereas in reality,we need the services of many) 2. It assumes that there are none of "US" in their countries.(Again this is a stupid assumption because "we" are usually treated very well in other countries) 3. We prefer the company of "our own" type. (Only deeply racist people think that this will be ideal but the reality is that it is bad for scientific and economic progress). 4.It is assumed that there will be more jobs.( again wrong. The reality is that other countries will send "US" back and the total number will be the same. Same applies to most areas. 5.That crime will be reduced - (this is a laugh because Australia was initially populated by white criminals from the UK). 6 that people will be happier among their own kind. (This is mostly untested- but dont bet on it)I could go on but it would take a book to analyse the ills. |

In spite of the fact that your question smacks of racism, I will attempt to address why America should not send everyone back to their country of origin. America has always been a country that welcomes people from all nations, ie, the reason for the gift of the Statue of Liberty. While I feel that we should be a bit more selective during these times of terrorism threats, it would serve no purpose to send people back to their country of origin unless they are found to be a threat. What we really need to do is tighten our borders to protect American citizens. |

So POLES cleaning toilets is a bad idea, would you do it? I am guessing NO.
We are a part of the EU and have a commitment to accept People who are in need of a safe place to live.
I do agree that we may have set our quota too high, but hear this:
If we were ever under attack and in a war and needed someone to survive, or your Children to survive would you not want someone and some country to accept you in your hour of need. Of course we have to use the right channles, failure to do this is wrong.
Come on though - ITS A SMALL WORLD |

Look at the big picture for a moment - this is our *planet* - despite what politicians, and religious doctrine states, we should have a freedom to go where we like. Would you like to live anywhere else?
Microscopically you can take it to "you can't move this village, you're an outsider" even in the same country. And dear God, Poles that clean toilets for £2 are abused, but hey, none of us do it do we? Supply and demand. Freedom to roam. |

Well Personally I don't know where you live but judging from the money sign you make i'm guessing maybe England? Well anyways are you a skilled worker? Are you doing something that contributes something to you country? America is crowded too but you don't see us....well most of us....saying go back to your own country. Without people going to other countries you would be suprised how many things you wouldn't have and how diffrent the economy is....for better or worse. |

If you check far enough back in your family tree you will probably find that your family is not fully english or american or whereever it is you currently reside. Most people are mixed from way back. You coudl have irish, scottish, french, italian, native american, african american, dutch or even german dna in your genetic makeup. Please mind what you say; not everyone will take your comments for the puerile drivel of a mentally-challenged imbecile. If you are still confused, ask an adult or your carer to interpret these words. Dumb f.u.c.k! One last thing they are taking visitors to space - buy a one way ticket with a seat on the outside. |

And who do you wish to perform this ethnic cleansing for you? A bunch of skinheads with baseball bats possibly?
What you are suggesting is wrong.
Wrong historically - Britain has always been a target for immigration throughout history.
Wrong lawfully - if somebody is here legally then it is unfair to change the rules after they have settled.
Wrong ethically - we are talking about uprooting fellow human beings, taking away their employment, community, prospects and everything they are unable to carry, and dumping them elsewhere for somebody else to sought out.
I believe that Idi Amin of Uganda did exactly what you are advocating in the early 1970s. He must be a hero of yours.
Addition: I see STEWART H by another one of your questions, something like, " Had Germany won the second world war would we now be suffering at the hands of Muslim extremists?" that you must be a fan of Hitler. So, you are an Aryan supremacist are you, believing all other races to be inferior? Your hero caused the deaths of up to sixty million, destroyed a continent and even this was better than facing the world he would have inflicted upon us all.
Why don't you have a think about life and reflect upon what whole of humanity is, rather than that small fragment you have chosen to identify with and become its self-appointed "defender" of. I hope you find your human decency soon. |

That's a racist attitude. But consider what would happen if we did that. There is a large number of foreign workers in the NHS, so health care would suffer. Same for public transport, do you really want to wait hours in the rain for a bus? In fact, every industry has large numbers of non-English workers. Your life as you know it would take a turn for the worse. It takes years to train doctors and nurses, so for health treatment, you might have to go abroad for treatment. Then you would be treated by... Shock! Horror!! ...a non-English person. |

If you are finding this country too crowded why don't you try and emigrate to where there is more space so that you can get away from all the foreigners you don't like and see how you would like to be on the receiving end of such bigoted and racist views. |

Maybe because, white people brought black people here. Spanish people stole the Indians land and tried to kill them off. Its kinda hard to hear someone tell you to go back where you came from if you were here first or brought here against your will...I just give the finger! |

Because some came here legally and shouldn't be tossed since they have done nothing wrong. |

Read up on your history. People have been entering this country for many thousands of years. The first would have been the original homo sapiens from Africa. Since we separated from mainland Europe we have had a string of people moving in and out. Our language, calendar, number system, days of the week all come from different parts of the world. Even our three lions, patron saint and possibly even the English flag are from abroad.
Our whole country and it's history are about people coming to this country and bringing their ideas, skills and religions with them.
We should celebrate this - or are you ashamed of our History and embarassed by Saint George? |

Let me get this straight. You want to deport me because my grandfather on my father's side wasn't born in this country, even though he was a legal immigrant and my father and I were both born in this country? I suggest you move on up here to replace the LEGAL immigrants who work the slime line. You could cut heads or pull guts in the Alaskan cold. You could make a whole $12 an hour if you're a really good worker. |

I was born in Mexico and I am also a US citizen, that makes me a citizen from both countries and if I want to stay here or go live in Mexico is none of your business. I do as I want to do because I CAN and I don't need your opinions to do so! |

That is actually a wee bit racist. And it's not British to be like this, either.
Poles look like us and their religion is the same as ours. As far as I am concerned they're welcome. And if they clean toilets, maybe it's because OUR long term unemployed won't? |
|

worldneverchanges
|
The same thought were echoed in the early 1900s when the Italians and others were coming in. Maybe your people would have been sent back then. Many of the immigrants who came here legally have skills and they come here after a tough process. |

I left the U.K to move to France and I would be horrified if my chosen country spoke about me the way you speak about immigrants. I don't work but my husband does and we have three children. Like most people we moved for a better way of life and thank the people of France for making us so very welcome. |
