Of course you can still get your licence. No matter what grade you are in, if you are 16 years of age , you can get your license. Don't worry about it trust me, they don't go by grades. |

In Tennessee it doesn't matter what grade your in,
you just have to be 16 and making at least a D.
You should probably call and check, but I don't think you'll have a problem.

Well the laws are different in different states. But in Illinois you just have to be enrolled in a driver's education class in order to get your permit, then you have to hold your permit for 9 months and have 8 hours of instructor driving and 50 hours of parent driving. |

Yes. Just pass the test and make sure you are the exact age that you can. Because in MD you have to be 16 and 6 months. So just check that out. |
