my first test i failed because i was too hesitant - actually i was too nervous this made me hesitant! i passed my second test though without too many problems - however i began taking lesson at 17, gave up, then began again when i was in my early 20's and gave up when i was 33 i took lessons again and thats when i took both tests finaly passed - i must have spent a fortune on lessons but got there in the end - mayb your daughter is putting herself under too much pressure to pass, maybe take a break for a short while then try again she may be more relaxed about it all - just a thought and i wish her all the luck in the world!!

Once, but I think just barely. I was terrible at parallel parking.... Never done that since my driving test!

It took me 3 times!! I think I just freaked on each one and did something ridiculous

I have been learning to drive since I was 16 I am now 35 and no test is insight yet, shes further on than me!
3 times passers are supposed to be better drivers (I read that somewhere) it means they work harder and in turn drive better.

i passed first time 17 years ago tell your daughter not to worry the tests are harder than when i took mine and if i had to pass my theory and driving test again i would fail good luck Claire

I failed 5 driving tests and still havent passed i've taken a bit of a break from driving but haven't got round to taking more lessons

havnt started my driving lesson yets so cant answer this properly but claire dont get upset about it this time cause i know you can do it when the times right.. third time passers are best drivers as am told so youll be an excellent driver.. bet you already are =] =]

Its varies, most of the fails arebecause of nerves more than anything

I'm 31 and I failed twice about 4 years ago. I gave up since then, but now that this is a new year, I'm determained to take lessons and pass! Judging by some who passed on the third try, I hope for me and your daughter 3 is the magic number! Good luck!
