yes; try junk yard; but make sure you are up front with the van owner and the owner of the mailbox. Things happen; but the important thing is taking care of your mistakes/accidents. They should understand if you are honest and take care of fixing the problems. Just don't run; that will make things worse and make them mad. |

Hello,
We often take for granted what a convenience our cars are. I was paying a low price for my insurance, but at renewal time, my insurer tried to increase my rates.
My friend sent me a link to this site:
http://www.rent-and-mortgage-help.org
They have a free search to compare auto rates from the major insurers. It saved me a lot of money!
Best of Luck |

Try the junk yard or if you only need the mirrored glass, try burcoinc.com. |

You do not have to go to a junk yard. I used to work at Pep Boys and I know for a fact that they sell them there. They even have ones you can cut to fit. If you don't have a Pep Boys in your area you could probably find them at any auto parts store. Good Luck. |

Depends on the make and model. Junkyard or look online. The good news is, those things are damn easy to install! 15..maybe 20 minutes, tops! |

Go to the dealership and ask how much for the part. Theyll sell it to you. then put it on. |

weel first tell who ever owns the van you will fix it and your best chance of finding a person to fix the mirror is to take the van to a car specialties shop and ask them what they can do |

Junk yards are great, but make sure you get the right size for that car or it will fall out a lot. It should be really cheap. |

Simple, just be honest and pay for any damage you caused. |

Tell them the truth and pay to fix it! Depends on the car- the cost is different- if it's a manual mirror they are cheap but the newer ones that move at the touch to the button are costly. |

Yep, find your local junk yard, but be honest with the owner of the van. |

My father is always knocking his side-view mirrors off. If you get it done at a gas station, it's pretty expensive. (We're lucky because my sister's husband is a mechanic, and he gets the mirror at cost and puts it on for free.) You could definitely try a junk yard, but you'll need someone to install it properly. I suspect that's not as easy as it might seem, if you want it to be right and able to be adjusted, etc.
Edit: I wouldn't suggest going to a dealership. They're usually the biggest rip-offs of all. |
