Well the first thing you need to do is convince your brother to go to the hospital and get checked out. Second call the police and see what they can do because Any person who operates a motor vehicle and is involved in an accident is required by law to stop in a safe place, provide information to the owner of whatever property may have been damaged (car, property, person, etc.), and render aid to anyone who was injured if necessary. Those who cause property damage and are unable to identify or contact the property''s owner are legally required to leave a note with contact information and file an accident report with the police. Failure to do these things constitutes a hit and run. Third get a layer when you find out who hit him because this is a prosecution for the person who hit your brother. |

That stupid car should've stayed. You should have remembered what it looks like. Call the police and tell them. Also, tell the doctor. Your bro needs to get his knee checked out. Sorry about this.

Take him to the ER. It could be serious. Then file a police report.

I think you should get over it. He isnt hurt bad and he doesnt care. If he was seriously injured then that would be another story. But you cant do anything anyway because the car left before he got info. |
