sumone who has been in prison and is on probation was stopped driving a car without a licence never passed a test no insurance etc,does anyone no what will happen to them?the car was impounded.

for violation of parole, the person will be put back in prison. if you break the law while on parole, or probation, usually its jail time or prison time. depending on wether the person was in prison before and on parole. or in jail and on probation. violation of probation. you would go back to jail.... violation of parole you would go back to prison. if you get caught doing something that violates your parole/probation |

The vehicle will sit in the lot gathering daily fees until someone who owns the vehicle and has problem identification insurance on the vehicle shows up to pay the bill. If no one does, the towing service will trace the owner of record and bill them after a certain amount of time. The driver of the vehicle, being on probation, probably has as part of that probation "..and will follow all laws..."
Now since he has not followed the law, and was driving without license or insurance, his probation will be revoked and he go back to serve the rest of what ever sentence he had in the first place at the very least. |

yeah...they're on their way back to jail. I know you said that they weren't licensed because they never took the test. However, had they been licensed, their license would have been suspended upon being released from jail. It's a probation condition. It's harder to commit crime if you have no way to get around.
So yeah...Back to jail. |

no ins, 8 points, plus a whopping fine, or time away in leiu of being unable to pay
no licence, 4 points, plus fine/jail option
plus whatever else they squeeze him for... consevatively, 3 to 6 months... maybe 12 months, but he'd be out on a tag after 3 months. |

That is up to the court but hopefully they will go back inside again. Driving without 3rd party insurance is an appalling thing to do. |

No doubt he'll be summonsed to court for drving without a licence and driving without insurance. If he's still on probation then the court will liaise with the probation service and the outcome will be decided based on the probation service report.
I looked at your other questions and you seem to know a lot of scummy people if you don't mind me saying. Heroin addicts, alcoholic ex who dumped you someone he met in rehab and this jailbird uninsured driver. You say that you have 3 kids, maybe for their sake you should be looking to steer clear of this kind of person, they are not good influence for children. Find some new friends Girl! |
