You will get ticketed (at least) for driving with no license.
Since you cannot drive it home, the car will be impounded.
good Luck.... |

the insurance will be void as you have no licence and you run the risk of killing some1 as you have not been taught how to drive i would think if i was you b4 you drive this car. |

you will get three points.
you will be fined £60 on the spot.
Your call will be towed away. you could pick the car up the next day with a valid licence with the help of someone else, you have to pay £250 towing fee plus £15 a day. |

You will be arrested, your car will be taken off you (as you aren't insured to drive it being 16 and you have no license!). You will get points on your future license (if you are ever allowed to get one), be banned from driving, get a big fine. You may spend some time at her majesties leisure (in Juvie) or you may get community service (if you are lucky!) In short don't do it, you will screw your life up for quite some time! |

The car will not be insured for you to drive as you have no license. If they stop you they may give you a fine and points on your licence. When i say points on your license they will go on your license when you get one as this happened to a friend. |

Right this does not add up. You say it has an MOT, ergo you are in the UK - you are either mistaken and/or lying about at least 2 points.
1) You cannot have a licence. You cannot even *APPLY* for a provisional until you are 17.
2) You cannot apply for insurance (note spelling) without a *FULL* UK licence (that's full as in 'having passed your test')
3) I've no idea what you mean by 'MOT insured'. An MOT is NOT insurance.
So we have 4 offences here: -
1) Driving without a licence (6pts/£1,000 fine/possible disq.)
2) Driving without insurance (8pts/£5,000/dsq not possible)
3) Driving without tax (£1,000 fine)
4) No MOT (£1,000)
So that's 14 points on a licence you don't possess and fines totalling £8,000! Wow!! You're going to have to get a helluva summer/weekend job to pay that lot off!
And, when you do get your licence - you won't be able to learn to drive (at least no respecting school will allow you) until the points are spent (I think that's 5 years now). They'll go on your provisional - and you'll not be allowed to start until you're 22 at the earliest (that's providing you're not banned the second you get your provisional!) |

Serious fine. You are not insured if you don't have a license. |

If you are driving without a licence, then your Insurance is invalid. Read your insurance policy and it will tell you that you must comply with the Road Traffic Acts which means you must hold a license, as well as Road tax and MOT. So you would be driving with no license and no insurance as far as the law is concerned. |

You'll have no need for insurance...your vehicle will be impounded and you may have a real problem getting a license after that. |

If you have no licence, then you have no insurance |

in the uk you will be prosecuted for driving with no licence. also, you will need to be a named driver on the insurance and even if you are - the insurers would have based this on you having a licence, so any insurance will be void meaning you will also be done for no insurance. dont risk it, wait until you pass your driving test. you dont realise how easy it is for a child to run out into the road and be hit by a licenced driver, can you begin to imagine how you will feel if you are the person driving who hits over that child? |

What sort of insurance have you got? It certainly will NOT cover you for under-age driving without a license. It might cover it being stolen or set on fire but not you driving. |

If you haven't got a licence then the insurance will be invalid. |

How have you managed to insure the car if you are not old enough to drive. I think you will find your insurance is invalid. |
|

police will throw the book at you and deservedly so,there is no way you can have insurance at that age unless you falsified your insurance proposal =NO INSURANCE Just wait until you are legal and then see how YOU feel when an uninsured driver runs into you. |

You will get arrested and you will have to pay a fine to get your car towed and likely another fine for driving without a license. |

You'll be arrested, you are disqualified by reason of age.
You'll also be charged with no insurance as regardless of what you might think, you're not insured. |

Points and possibly a ban!
The insurance won't count if you do not have a valid license! |

Your insurance is work F all mate if you don't have a licence. If you have a serious accident or injure someone you will be seriously F***ed. You shouldn't be driving without a licence.
It is because of people like you that our insurance premiums are so high. |

I think you will find the car is not insured for you to drive it if you don't have a licence / are not old enough.
If you get stopped - car will be scrapped, you get fine + ban.
If you're involved in an accident involving injury, could chance of jail. |

Idiot, you are not insured. One of the declarations you make when applying for insurance is that you hold a licence. You don't, therefore the insurance is invalid.
Your car will almost certainly be seized as is it is uninsured and if you don't bail it out within 7 days it will be crushed.
You are likely to be charged with
Driving other than in accordance with a licence
Driving while uninsured
Fraudulently attempting to obtain insurance |

if your in the uk then you cant be insured to drive your can because you dont have a licence
your insurance is valid provided you meet legal requirements
you will have a lot to rish if driving the car you can get points on your licence(they will store them on file to add to your provisional when you finally get one)
they could take the car impound it or crush it leaving you with a lot of money to pay to recover it and they wouldnt let you have the car unless you take some one with you who is insured to drive the car- you will have to proove they are covered
my advise is wait till your 17 and dont break the law |

how can you be insured if you have no license |

You will be very likely to be arrested and charged with driving without a licence. By the way, if you haven't passed your driving test, then you will not be insured, unless you're driving on a parent's insurance, so you may be charged with driving whilst uninsured, too. |
