yea. i got convicted of a DUI and its on the record for court records even before i got out of the holding cell...when i checked and before went to court dates it was already convicted. this is for a first offense misdemeanor.

Its on your record even before you are convicted. I was arrested for misdemeanor assault and battery as I just got hired at Microsoft. They did the background check about 3 weeks after I was arrested. I had already started working there before they finished the background check. They fired me before I ever even went to court. 3 months later I was tricked into pleading guilty after fighting it in court that long. 3 months after Microsoft fired me, I was convicted.
So all that garbage about "innocent until proven guilty" is exactly that, garbage.
