Do I have a Criminal Record?

I was a High School Senior and I goes online and type a Offence threat chat but I didnt use direct threat name to whom. Friend of my print the chat out and give it to principle, then cop come to my house and check my room then they left and then they come back and hand curve me and took me to police department. I dont remember they took my Fingerprint or and picture or not. I remember they ask for my information and I ask them is this will be my record, they say no. The cop took me to a mental house and I got question from someone work their, i told him that I was mad that why I type it out. I sleep over night at that place next morning they call my parent and pick me up. Next week we have a meeting include me, my parent, cop and principle. The cop say that because I was still a minor even thought im already 18 and because I didnt make a direct threat so im at the border and they let me off with a warning. I had to stay home study and cant go school. I didnt go court at all, the story was end after the meeting. It almost 10 year alrady, do I have a criminal records?
