Well, it depends.
If you're being searched by a k-9 unit, then no.
If you're being searched casually after being pulled over for speeding, maybe.
If you're just walking down the street, yes. |

it depends where they put the tampon/banana/thing, and what type of security they're going through. For example, in an airport, no chance. They've got security dogs sniffing anything and everything, and if they detect anything, even something like an orange in your purse, they will take it from you - drug infiltrated or not...last winter, after my mom and I got off a 20 hour flight to Melbourne, Australia (from Canada), my mom had a banana 'peel' in her purse, because the airplane didnt have a garbage can near....so in the airport, a dog came by and began sniffing her purse like crazy! Even though it was just a peel, she had to give it up, along with any liquids she was carrying.... |

well it depends on what your doing and where your going to hide the drugs. If its to the airport, yes you will probably get caught. Remember, security is CRAZY these days...checking it with your luggage might be a different story. the banana. No i wouldn't do that either. Its just not smart period. |

for a basic car search I doubt they would look inside of a tampon or a banana. So in that case it would probably work. if it was a hard core search they would bring the dogs and no that wouldn't hide it. |

no thats stupid because they do searches in bags now and they physically will take out and look at anything that looks suspicious. My mother got called over to open her bags for a LINT ROLLER, because it looked weird on X ray scans.
I know this kid that carried weed through the terminals because he had a broken foot and he stuffed the weed inside the bottom of the legs of the crutches and just replaced the rubber bottom. No one stopped him but thats seriously tempting fate a little bit. |

Probably, as long as law enforcement or airport security is not using a drug sniffing dog. If there's a drug sniffing dog around you will be busted. |

It depends on who they are hiding the drugs from. From your mommy, maybe you get away with it. From your friends, yes. From yourself, I'm guessing yes.
From a Police Officer? Probably not. From a Department of Corrections Officer, probably not. From a K9, NO. |

if u no that ur about 2 get searched then it would be a bad idea, but in general just walking about then u wouldn't get caught (unless u live in a weird place where u get searched for nothing lol) |

no. if you're flying out of the country--don't do it. if you're flying inside the country--just put it in your pocket. we do it all the time and have never had a problem. |

I assume your talking about legal drugs such as doctor medication otherwise your not allowed to talk about this (wink wink) lol. Banana no as you would have to open the banana and people would wonder why you have a banana, you would probably get away with tampons. But it all depends how extensively you are searched, like i've seen cars interior torn apart looking for drugs, but that's the more extreme cases of drug smugglers and dealers. |

You must be a real master mind asking this in a public fourm that is monitored by just about anyone out there.
Your answer is it depends on what they have on you, if you have something and they know it they will find it with a warrent or a drug dog. The dogs cannot be fooled regardless on what people out there think. |

The best way to smuggle drugs is to hide them in a coffee container (obviously full of coffee) or around aniseed. The former is just hard to smell through and the latter screws up a drug dog's sense of smell. |
