Dude.
I will keep my lecture short, but nonetheless, a lecture there will be.
WTF are you drinking and driving? Do you even know how much damage you could have caused?
But no, there is no way to get out of the breathalizer.
Just do it.
If you're compliant, they might lighten up.
But personally, I think your sorry @$$ should be in jail. |

you wanted to party and this is your punishment, deal with it at least a full year and then find out how you can get a reduction in punishment. |

Yes! There is a way out...When your probation period is up. I take drinking and driving very seriously...It's a senseless way for someone to die. Hope you learn your lesson. |

Edit: You live in Phoenix? I'm going to send you an email. After seeing it, you might want to leave the breathalyzer there.
Edit 2: Ah, well....sorry. Can't do it. Just believe me, you don't want to drink and drive. |

Here in Queensland, we had an answer to that. It was in all the papers, on the TV and even at the movies: "If you drink and drive, you're a bloody idiot." |

1 I am a judge in Phoenix and there are no such laws on the books that would require you to install such a device in your car.
Your question makes no real sense, so my question is what are you fishing for or are you just that bored? |
|

Ghengis
 |
Just pry the thing out of your car. Then you won't need to worry about driving at all. |
|

jonesey
 |
No - you've gotta do it. But if you quit drinking maybe it will eventually be uninstalled. |
|

ornery and mean
 |
Yes, there is a very good way out of installing a breathalyzer in your car.
Step 1) Sell your car.
Step 2) Provide the court you were convicted in with proof that you no longer own a vehicle.
Step 3) Surrender your driver's license for the period of the ban the judge will sentence you to.
Not hard at all! Now if you intend to keep your license AND not install the breathalyzer ... sorry, I can be of no help at all! |

Buck Ofama

Yes, Sell the car and save the taxpayers money |
