Yes you could both be in serious trouble. If you both are in the car and he God forbids gets into a serious accident not only are you putting both your lives at risk but others. DONT drive without a license. My friend did when she was 16 and she killed a child crossing the street and she went through ALOT of hard times and even lost her license until she was 25 the person with her had a license and he lost his for allowing her to drive.
Think about it

yes and not only that but very dangerous, how do you know he knows how to drive if they don't have their license |

Abercromby
Definitely. He is doing something wrong and you are not only failing to report him to the police as you should - you are doing it right along with him!! Plus he might crash and kill you both. Dumb move. Don't do it. |

So sounds like you're more concerned with weaseling yourself out of trouble than doing the right thing or encouraging your friend to do the right thing, To answer your selfish, spineless question: yes, you will get in trouble too! It's called 'joyriding' (sound familiar???)
Grow up and stop trying to find ways to be unaccountable for your actions (and or lack thereof). |

They can if you have your license. and you are in the front seat. If you don't have one. Get your but in the back and let someone who has a license sit shotgun. Also he needs his permit. |

Miss Kelly
yeah, if you get pulled over. They will suspend a permit or any papers you have on driving and you will not be able to get your license until you are 21... |

happy22
yes. unless he has a permit and your sitting in the passenger seat and you have a license. if you dont have a license then you will get in trouble and wont be able to drive until your 18. |

In California you usually will just get a slap on the wrist. But, if you are in knowledge of him/her not having a license then you might get something more than a slap on the wrist. But, if you don't wanna get killed...go w/ a licensed driver. |

Apollo
Yes you can, it's called 'Aiding & Abetting', and you are involved in committing a crime. |
