You have very low self-esteem in my opinion, It's not good to sell your body for a raise. Just be yourself and earn it by doing the best job to get more raise. Did you sign a written contract stating that you would sleep with him? If not, you would not be under any legal obligation. Granted, it is dishonest and deceptive to say you're going to do something and then not do it, but you can just apologize for your error and learn to not make statements like that again in the future.
