It's perfectly legal, however questionable it might seem to some people's morality. My sister is engaged to a guy 8 years older than she is and I see no problem with it...at least the guy is mature. Still not quite as "extreme" a difference as this situation

Yes it is legal- when you're 18, you're technically an adult and you can date whoever the hell you want. In most situations, is it advisable? ...Probably not. Get to know this guy well and make sure he's not just using you for your youth/beauty/energy first.
