Not as uncomfortable as I feel looking at your picture. But on to the question, no seriously are you kissing your dad? I don't wanna know, any hoo, all this stink about boys getting married. And then you have the people who are like, well it soils the word marriage. I would think that got soiled in the 80's when the divorce rate got above 50 percent, but that's just me. Yes, get married, but no, you don't get federal protection or status as a minority, nor do you get any protetoral discrimination rights above that of two room mates. If they are going to write an ammendment banning gay marriage because it is harmful to the institution of marriage, then they should write one banning adultery also. |

If they are in love, then there is no reason to oppose it. |

Legal marriage is a government institution. True marriage is when two people who deeply love each other commit themselves to each other. I think that two people who are truly in love should be married. I also think that the government should not be able to say who can and cannot be married. |

Gay marriage being illegal in this country makes me ashamed to be an American.
Anti-gay marriage people are worried that gay marriage will somehow ruin the sacredness of marriage, but the straight people have been ruining that for decades.
Me and my husband got married for legal reasons only, and I felt terrible that day in the court house because who am I to be able to that, when so many others are prohibited from doing so? I don't deserve any special rights and freedoms over anyone else.
Someone said they don't think gays should have children. Well a gay couple HAS TO WORK hard to get a kid, they dont get the luxury of having them "by accident". Therefore a gay couple are almost always better prepared to be parents, and the child will have a wonderful loving upbringing. |

It's been legal in Canada for almost two years. The sky has not fallen. God has not forsaken us. People aren't marrying because Gays can. If two people love each other, how can we legally deny them equality under the law? |

It doesn't effect me at all, and I believe people should be allowed to do whatever makes them happy, as long as it doesn't hurt others (or themselves). |

They deserve it, it is thier living together and thieir life style in general I object to.
They deserve to have divorce, to pay allimony, to pay child support when they adopt and all the other things they are getting away with now. |
