No. A woman can walk outside completely naked and thats still not a reason for rape. But when your dealing with other cultures you have to keep in mind they dont view things the way we do here in America.

It's disgusting the way some men behave. That is the reason for the Muslim religion as to why women have to cover up. They are supposed to cover and not make eye contact so they won't "tease" the men. Basically it is the woman's fault if a man has an affair because she must have behaved badly or shown a glimpse of her skin.

Why should anyone ever say that someones way of expressinf their personality is an excuse for rape. That makes me furious. People express themselves through wardrob and I feel that those who are a little more revealing are asking for a little attention, but by no means are asking to be raped.

That's stupid a woman should be able to be naked (not that id recommend it) but she should be able to be naked outside without worrying about being raped.....
