No, none at all. Not too bright though.
However, if you are involved in a criminal activity, e.g. drug dealing and arrested, the IRS will be brought in to determine how much was your income was and the tax will coincidentally be equal to the cash they find.

Also, the money and other assets could be consficated under the RICO Act.

nope as long as you obtained it legally and paid any taxes owed on the money you can keep as much as you want.

there shouldn't be which probably means there is. if the sum of cash is large enough the government may confiscate it by assuming it was obtained illegally, if you can't prove it's legal. goes against how we view america i know, but they do it anyway

i don't know of any limit and even if there was, how would the government know you were violating it?

No, but in today's society, if you have very much money the police assume it is illegal or drug money and will take it from you, and you will have to hire an attorney to get it back.
