No one gave him permission to violate the personal space of those woman with his own body parts...no matter how harmless it may seem to other people. YES! that is just insulting.
All of those woman were someones daughter, mother sister, wife or whatever. You got one of these? How would you feel if she came to you really upset and told you this happened to her? Or perhaps even if it were your very own girlfriend? Feeling insulted yet? you should.

i wouldn't go as far as "serious" but certainly comes under the banner of inappropriate behaviour- I would shove a stick through his spokes if he did it to me- and then see how funny and charming he thought that was-

It isn't funny or acceptable to touch anyone without their permission- only men think this kind of think is ok and some may even go as far as to say the women should be flattered.......

I think it's correct in classifying it as an indecent Assualt, he slapped them which is an assualt and it was rather indecent... So yeah. That makes sense. I would say it was serious. I don't think it's right for a complete stranger to go smacking people.

Anytime you touch a woman without her consent, it's a serious crime against women. He's lucky he didn't touch my wife's fine a$$! I would have had to throw a stick between his spokes.
