The only requirements are your loss of self dignity, home address based out of a trailer park, father who drives an F-150 to his weekly court appearance, have purchased at least one WWE pay-per-view, failure of a knife safety test and directions to Wal-Mart. |

about any age for knives but most States you cant carry one (concealed) with a blade over 3 inches so measure what you intend to buy first |

To all of these folks that say 16 or 18 I would say, "Show me a cite."
I can find nothing in Texas law that restricts the sale to any age.
There is a law that it is illegal to sell and illegal knife to anyone under 18. But if the knife is otherwise legal in the state there is nothing that says a 2 year old can't buy it. |

18 technically.... But I'm sure you could get one from a pawn shop or something and talk the guy into letting you get away without carding you. |
