It is not wrong for you (girl) however it is very dangerous for the guy. Statutory Rape, among other things he could get busted for.
No matter how much I liked a girl 16, I would not kiss her romantically. A kiss is not worth going to jail. |

technically yes, it's against the law, but i don't beleive it's wrong at all. Why should you let your life be ruled by a numeber? different people mature at different times, and an age is just a general number to keep track, and organize things in life. It should be intirely up to your feelings as well as hers. A 40 year old girl married to a 47 year old guy doesn't sound half as bad right? it's not like a 30 year old and an 85 year old.(and even then it's there decission, who are we to judge?) |

But is it illegal? No, kissing is never illegal. If it proceeds further, it would depend on the state, but most have an age of consent of 16 or more, so it's probably still okay. |
