First, your boss is violating federal employment laws.
Second, your boss is violating local and state statutes by driving drunk.
Third, he sounds like an a$s.
Turn his butt in to the authorities. |

Start locally with the Better Business Bureau.
Then go to the state, and make a complaint with the Labor Departement.
And let's not forget you need to bring this up to the the unemployment dept. I'm sure all these places will love to hear about this guy. |

you should probably report him to the city or someone and can probably sue him if you want for not paying his employees what is in their contract. if i were you i would report him because he is endangering many people and he is wronging you as well as your employees as you said. |

Does he have a boss? Go to that person. Go to the unemployment office and talk to them. I live in Colorado and I know there is a law here that all employees are entitled to 1 30minute uninterrupted "lunch break". You are required to be paid for every minute you work unless you are salaried, in which case there are different rules. You have rights as a worker and your rights were violated. Take a stand and report him. |

Call the police and have him investigated. If it is a major chain autoshop like Goodyear, Valvoline, etc... call coorporate and talk to them on an annonymous help line. |

Be glad and find another job. |

Hmm, well honestly do you want to work for some one like this. He seems like hes on the verge of coming to work one day with a hand gun and well you know....going postal on his workers!
On a legal base, what reason were you terminated on the grounds of? He has to provide a reason or you maybe have a suit against him. You may have a good case and may not. Depends on why he terminated you. |

if you were paid incorrectly and the employer does not correct it you file a wage claim with your state's department of labor.........
most states do not require breaks be given so the answer to that part of the question will depend on where you are.
if your state requires a break to be given then the department of labor is where you report that violation.........
nothing you can do about the other issues unless you feel comfortable talking to him about his drinking problem and encouraging him to get help............ |
