Article 15 for supposedly faking an injury

I have seen my PA several times because I've been having shoulder pain that limits my every day activities. He's called me a liar ever since the first visit but after my MRI on my shoulder came out clean he tried to get me for malingering..that ended up falling through and now he's trying to give me an article 15..I seen a civilian doctor while I was home that said he thinks I have a pinched nerve in my neck and arthritis in my shoulder...so if I could some how get a diagnosis of what the problem is could I get out of the article 15? My plt sgt hasn't sent the paperwork up yet either.
