Unfortunately, many people want to give their unsolicited adivce ridden with cliche's that they've heard elsewhere. There are no simple, straightforward answers to very complex issues other than to say that the goal of any military is to neutralize (kill) anyone who desires to wreak havoc or affect the soveriegnty of their homeland (state). |
