If there is a strip on private road is un-adopted and people are parking on it what can you do to stop this? ?

i live in a road that is private, however there is a strip that is unregistered and people who do not reside on my road are parking on there. the fire service have expressed concerns over obstruction of the entrance into the road and the public are forced to walk in the middle of the entrance to gain access to the pavement on the main road. all the residents just want to get these cars clear so the private road can mean that.any ideas guys?????

If this is a completely private road then have the city put up "TOW AWAY SIGNS"............privacy for you, money for the city and money for the towing company......
