What percentage of wa country road fatalities are caused by metropolitan drivers?

They say country road tolls are to high but is it city people causing these fatalities.

Dave Herron
It really has nothing to do with city drivers on country roads. Rural roads are dangerous because they are normally narrow, curving, and not well lit. Drivers tend to drive too fast for conditions and when they encounter dark curving roads, they don't slow down enough to react in an emergency situation. Drivers, whether from the city or the country, get impatient on narrow roads where passing is illegal and take foolish chances to pass a slower vehicle. Drivers going too fast for conditions may encounter a curve and, unable to slow down quickly enough, run off the road into the trees. Rural roads are the most dangerous roads in America but it is due to bad driving and not familiarity with the road.

Ask road safety dept/police public relations-they might tell you what you need to hear. Surprising number of rural ppl get hit by trains......
