Who do you contact when roads need new lines on them for safety reasons?

A main road that I drive on every day has really faded lines and when it rains, you cannot see where your lane is (it's 3 lanes). So it's quite dangerous. Does anyone know who I can contact about this. Location is the city of Logan, QLD, Australia.
