Am from Ghana,West Africa and i recieved the Appointment letter with Russel Hotel's Letter Head and asking me to fill with it with my personal information including my passport number and other vital information about me and also am to send the forms via an email ukimmigrationexpert@mail2expert.com

It'ss a SCAM. DO NOT fill that out for any reason. It's not from the hotel
First of all, hotel workers are NOT on the Skills Shortage list and NOT considered Highly Skilled so they DO NOT qualify for sponsorship. If you are not an EU citizen, you cannot get a job in a hotel in the UK
Second, that is a fake address. If the email does NOT end in @ukba.gsi.gov.uk you are NOT dealing with anyone from British immigration. All UK government emails end in .GOV.UK -- NOTHING else
Third, there is no Russell Hotel. The actual name is Hotel Russell and is part of the Principal-Hayley group. If the email you received is NOT from @principal-hayley.com it's even more proof this is a scam and not from the real hotel
http://www.principal-hayley.com/venues-and-hotels/hotel-russell is the real hotel site, click Contact Information on the right side under the pictures for the phone number and link to their email and they will confirm they did not offer you any job
Fourth, if you did not download an application form from their website and submit directly to them, again it's more proof of the scam http://www.principal-hayley.com/about-us/careers
